Basic sewing class where you will learn to thread the machine and other aspects of sewing. The goal is to get creativity going to come together with different ideas and garment construction weeks 5-8.

Learn the basics of weaving on a rigid heedle loom. Students will earn direct warping, plan (tabby) weave and lace weave. Each student will take home a minimum of 2 creations (hopefully 3) and should feel comfortable warping a loom by themselves by the end of the life group.

This class will be teaching the basics of beginning flute and saxophone. It will include maintenance, assembly, theory and reading of music and more. By the end of this class, you will be able to play melodies and songs.

We want to give each child the opportunity to try new crafts and skills that will build upon their God-given talents, encourage them to create wonderful handmade products and prepare them to become future artisans. In order to participate, children MUST be signed up and it is essential that they are committed to showing up each week as they will need to work on and finalize their crafts.

This life group seeks to offer a community in which thoughts, fears, triumphs, defeats and ultimately the WORD OF GOD can be shared in thorough discussion and possibly spirited debate. This life group seeks to provide a place for the iron to clash and the sharpened edge of truth to prevail. Our community deepens when the level of our fellowship deepens. It is also evident that when a group of individuals engages and decides to share and trust, unity can flourish.
